I said a few pages back that a commission made from all parties needs be given all relevant files, and try to release as much as possible, when redactions are needed an accompanying reason should be included.
Once again you’ve glossed over the fact that thousands of people have been privy to all those files over a twenty year period.
Those files are not compartmentalized and have been spread far and wide for decades.
