"In the canon law of the Latin Church, the word celibacy is used specifically in the sense of being unmarried. However, for its clergy this state of being unmarried is considered to be a consequence of the obligation to be completely and perpetually continent:
Fact of the matter is, 100% of these clerics do not observe perfect continence.
If they did, then they could really claim to have performed exorcisms!
Still have no idea what you are talking about.
Catholic priests are required to be celibate.
Most keep their vows just fine.
Everyone who is catholic is supposed to not have sex outside of valid marriage.
To do so is a mortal sin.
To take Communion while in mortal sin is yet another mortal sin.
This is the rule of the church.
To preach against that rule is to engage in heresy.
It's just that simple.
You are interjecting 'little death' and 'exorcism' into a conversation that it has no place in. And your posts are so convoluted I have no idea what you are talking about. Your claim that 100% of priests engage in sexual activity is flat out wrong and you have zero proof of that statement.
Direct from the official catechism of the Catholic Church - https://www.catholicculture.org/culture/...ecnum=2920
Quote:1579 All the ordained ministers of the Latin Church, with the exception of permanent deacons, are normally chosen from among men of faith who live a celibate life and who intend to remain celibate "for the sake of the kingdom of heaven."[sup] 70[/sup] Called to consecrate themselves with undivided heart to the Lord and to "the affairs of the Lord,"[sup] 71[/sup] they give themselves entirely to God and to men. Celibacy is a sign of this new life to the service of which the Church's minister is consecrated; accepted with a joyous heart celibacy radiantly proclaims the Reign of God.[sup] [/sup]
And the statement from Vatican II - Presbyterorum Ordinis - saying pretty much the same thing
