That was not a serious suggestion.

I don't think they are going to try to Make The Catholic Church Great Again and elect a Xenohomophoba Pope or anything like that.

I think the pro immigrant voice in the church is too large. It's a worldwide church VERY HEAVY in Latin America that isn't likely to consider the minority view coming out of the developed world, or as suggested by pretend-o-christians like JD Vance. Or any politician that uses God as a device to portray morality in The Heartland.

They want more of this:

I think he's excellent.   And your statement that he thinks gay people are more dangerous than ISIS, Russia and China together has no merit.   He's authentic Catholic and defends the faith.  Same can't be said of "Francis".

What about the "up and comer" Cardinal Robert McElroy, the recently named (January 6th) archbishop of the Archdiocese of Washington?

He has been accused of heresy, and rightly so.

He's up to his eyeballs in the pedophile scandal in the church, shuffling and hiding perps.

He has taken the heretical position that sexually active gays should be allowed to receive Holy Communion.  This is heresy.   Any Catholic having sex outside of a validly blessed marriage is guilty of adultery and/or sodomy.   Gays who are having gay sexual relations are doing so outside of a validly blessed marriage - which can only happen between a man and a woman.  Same with straight people having sex outside of marriage.   So McElroy is preaching against the Catholic faith.

He's a loud mouth in politics, taking the same position on 'no borders' illegal immigration as "Francis" and he's been trolling Republicans and President Trump.   He got assigned to Washington DC by "Francis" because "Francis" was trolling Trump by putting McElroy and his big mouth there.   "Francis" took McElroy, who was past retirement age, and moved him 3,000 miles across the country just to drop him in Trumps lap.   Disgusting behavior by both "Francis" and Mcelroy.
