You should probably talk to a medically trained professional.

They may be able to steer you in the correct direction and guide you towards councillors who can help.

I suffer from PTSD myself.

Me too.  I found Counseling helped.

Mine was through work - Occupational Health.

Any qualified Counsellor can help with PTSD whatever the cause but best steer clear of quacks.

Depends also on where the OP might be based.

It's kind of really hard to get admitted to the hospital for mere belief in something unless you are a danger to yourself or others around you.

Has your PTSD been diagnosed?

The reason i ask is once again because they will be able to put you in contact with people who can help.

You take care also, buddy, but get help because the condition can be crippling. 

And you don't want it to lead to other issues that will compound and snowball the situation in which you find yourself.

I am definitely on the wrong site. Good luck with your 'Belief', as you put it, in the reason for your alleged PTSD, and trolling individuals whom create a help topic for others. If you havent worked out Cryptids are real and exclusively believe in Civilian Science 'Beliefs' why even come into the topic. I wouldnt come into a topic of people suffering PTSD and ridicule them claiming it didnt happen or they are insane. Im out of here.

Paul, nobody is ridiculing you or calling you insane.

As to the reason for my PTSD, it doesn't have anything to do with Cryptids.

I make no secret of it.

And once again, you are in a science, mystery, and paranormal debate forum, it's going to be a thing. 

That's not trolling, it's called interaction. 

You obviously need to talk to someone.

But if that's how you feel, you do you, buddy. 

As far as i can establish, people have only tried to help.

My PTSD was due to having drowned and being dead until some guy brought me back with CPR.

I have posted on here about it.

My Counsellor told me not to push it to the back of my mind, research drowning survivors and go back to the lake where it happened.

The only Therapy for PTSD from a subject which is Classified from Public appears to be Hypnotism to forget it.
