I ask google.
There is a little over 100 marines in combat roles and 3,800 in Army combat roles.

Even with a country 1/35th the population of The US and a much smaller active military force, they still have WAY MORE in combat roles.
And its not necessity or lack of men driving that. Its a global trend of empowerment they embrace, and we USE to embrace before Trump 2.0 and Hegseth trashed it along with the woke.

Quote:Of these, 35% reported for the days of combat duty on the front lines, and of those who reported, 76% went on to enlist as combat soldiers. In other words, about 5,300 of the 7,000 who expressed interest in being in combat service also completed the process.
That is comparable?
And apparently, all this bitching i am doing is moot. Because there has never been a lowered standard for US Women in combat roles in The Miltary and he is bringing it up erroneously... to be an asshole.
I truly thought The US was similar to the IDF and women were given leeway on certain strength requirements.
So humorously, i was complaining about his sexism taking away something that never existed.
But the part of him not liking women doing what he thinks is a man's job is even more valid.
