The Wall Street Journal has an interesting opinion piece today.
"There RFK Jr. Goes Again"
"His new schedule for childhood vaccines will enrich the trial bar."
Here is the key point that I believe Kennedy has focused on.
"The secretary has long wanted to overhaul the vaccine schedule to REDUCE LIABILITY PROTECTION FOR MANUFACTURERS under the 1986 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. This no-fault system ensures individuals are compensated by the government in a timely manner for vaccine injuries, though it makes it harder to pursue class actions."
Removing the recommendation for some jabs now means they no longer have this coverage.
"Voila, by changing the government's recommendations, Mr. Kennedy is inviting his trial lawyer friends to maraud vaccine manufacturers."

I was thinking about that too. Can citizens there sue the government for vaccine injury when they recommend those vaccines? I would assume they could and they would win the case.

No there is a special court for vaccine stuff that is separate from the regular court system.
Quote:How many petitions have been awarded compensation?
According to the CDC, from 2006 to 2023 over 5 billion doses of covered vaccines were distributed in the
U.S. For petitions filed in this time period, 13,915 petitions were adjudicated by the Court, and of those
10,159 were compensated. This means for every 1 million doses of vaccine that were distributed,
approximately 1 individual was compensated.
Since 1988, over 29,381 petitions have been filed with the VICP. Over that time period, 26,171 petitions
have been adjudicated, with 12,507 of those determined to be compensable, while 13,664 were
dismissed. Total compensation paid over the life of the program is approximately $5.5 billion https://www.hrsa.gov/sites/default/files...-01-25.pdf
I'm not sure what the qualifications to be able to file a claim are.

Lobbying should be banned. The revolving door between Big Pharma and the health agencies, aka, the CDC, FDA, NIH, NIAID should also be banned. It is very strange that the U.S. was one of the only countries to place the Covid jabs on the childhood vaccine schedule. The entire system had been taken over by Big Pharma.
It's an illusion that the government recommended the vaccines- it was Big Pharma.

Aaran Siri is someone worth following-
Here is some of his testimony about the safety of vaccines.

The bottom line is world wide Class Action lawsuits are needed. Suing Big Pharma is a good place to start, along with top executives of these companies. After all they are the ones rotating between big pharma and the supposed health agencies.
The government officials that are basically on Big Pharma's payroll should also be sued.

We don't even have sufficient resources to inspect the drug manufacturers, so what quality of drugs and other products are we receiving?

In my opinion. It would be better if they lowered it to zero vaccinations. Especially babies. Vaccines take credit for clean sanitized drinking water. They have never been proven to work at all. And often do more harm than any disease.
Another great move by Trump and Robert Kennedy.

It wouldn't. As the body would have to build up antibodies to the disease. Another example of how much nonsense is going on.

Never read such nonsense in my entire time on D.I. Try educating yourself with real science instead of the Myths spread by people like RFK jr.

Quote:Mumps can be an incredibly painful condition for your child to endure, often causing discomfort and distress. This highly contagious disease, primarily affecting children, can lead to symptoms that include fatigue and fever.
- Encephalitis: This can occur when the virus causing the mumps travels to the brain and causes an infection there. The condition can be life-threatening. Your child may experience sudden intense headaches, may lose consciousness, or even have seizures. You must rush your child to the emergency room right away.
- Pancreatitis: This is the inflammation of the pancreas that could result in cyst formation, damage to tissues, and bleeding of some glands. The condition is accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and upper abdominal pain.
- Orchitis: This condition occurs in males after they have crossed puberty. It is marked by the swelling of one or both testicles.
- Meningitis: If the virus travels to the nervous system and causes an inflammation of the membranes that protect the spinal cord and brain, it is said to be meningitis. The symptoms associated with this condition are headaches, sensitivity to light, fever, and muscle stiffness.
- Hearing loss: In very rare cases, the virus will affect the cochlea, which is an integral part of the ear. Such a situation could result in loss of hearing, and can sometimes be permanent.

Edited to add that the diseases removed from the list were, apparently: hepatitis A, hepatitis B, meningococcal disease, rotavirus, influenza and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
Und YA as we now follow the guise of Denmark. I agree with the reductions.

It meant "And yes," I believe to give it a German flavor...
