Overall, America could absorb what we have, but not by cramming it into a few districts, as is happening in Minnesota, Michigan, and elsewhere. They need to be spread out so it doesn't overtax one area's infrastructure

Sorry if this new analysis of a video was posted previously but I was trying to catch up but the tribal nonsense five pages back was not worth reading.
Ross did not move out of the way, he placed himself in danger.
Ross was not hit, there was a clear gap between the SUV and his body.

An analysis from the New York Times presented by CNN.
Both a shining example of non biased reporting.

The video analysis is not biased, guess what and/or who is biased.

oh i watched it when it was published and it totally is
they are selective about what video clips they use when during their narrative
they mention in exactly one sentence something like "here is where it is unclear whether he was hit or not" and then use the clips that support what they want to show
yes it is icy and his feet slipped back when the car pushed him and created a gap you can see in one angle
they took that and ran with an implied narrative

So when is the D.A. in Minneapolis going to convene a grand jury to review the evidence ?....or are they just going to keep screaming at the sky and inciting riots ? They have multiple angles on video, so what's stopping them ?
They want this tried in the court of public opinion so they can continue to virtue signal, because they know they don't stand a chance if this actually went to trial.
Seems they'd rather keep whining than actually do something.

The video's slowed down angle clearly shows a large gap between him and the SUV, if you can't or won't believe that then there is no helping you to move beyond your bias.
Ross put himself in danger as other ICE agents do to escalate traffic stop situations then claim self-defense.
ICE agents are rejects from other reputable agencies with minimal proper training in civilian situations and that is what a Judge saw too.
So is the Judge also biased? Wait, stupid question posed to someone who won't see the truth.

You could at least watch the source video and listen to the analysis rather than relying on Anderson "The Mole" Cooper to chew your food for you.
"We can see the agent’s foot sliding, his hand bracing against the S.U.V. and his arm getting pressed into his chest. It is impossible to determine if this is happening because of the S.U.V.’s movement or the icy asphalt or, more likely, both. And what’s very unclear, because of the limited quality and availability of footage, is whether the agent’s upper body gets swiped by the vehicle as his left foot slides back."

The fact is that he is to blame for putting himself in that dangerous position in the first place, which is against protocol. It's his fault and as I said previously other ICE agents use the same tactics then claim self-defense later because some have the premeditation of escalating violence and letting it rip, because they are untrained, unhinged, and a menace to society, IMO.
