If thats true, then the Minnesota DA should call for a grand jury and present the evidence.

It's Minneapolis if ICE is unpopular, as has been presented; an indictment should be easy

Once he is indicted, then there's a full investigationand there's a trial, complete with evidentiary swaps and proceedings.

Good's family is trying to push through a civil lawsuit first, let's see where that goes first.

And as I've asked before ... can you really call yourself a 'legal observer' if you are breaking the law the whole time you are supposedly just 'observing'.   The answer is, of course, no.   And the title 'legal observer' that she used was one that was totally made up and nothing official.   In other words ... a lie.  (which, as we have just seen, they do so with frequency)
