In the US the legal system in based on innocent until proven guilty with there being evidence beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law often in the context of the persons state of mind, the motivation.

If a prosecutor is stupid enough to charge the agent with murder. What evidence makes that a valid charge. It’s not the death, many cases of individuals justified by self defense where a person died.

Good moved the car backing up and the front end came around. Moving the car endangered the agent physically interacting with the driver’s door. Blocking up and swinging the front end changed the car’s relative position for the agent that fired in self defense.

Then when Good accelerated with malice and intent, her front wheels where lined up with the agent that shot in self defense.

Address what is posted.  If your goal is to see the agent charged with murder, and not incite, then what evidence do you have the motive of the agent was something other than self defense where Good was not shot until after disobeying lawful orders, moving her car endangering the agent at the diver’s door, and accelerating with malice and intent weaponizing her car.

Where it is lawful for law enforcement to shoot a person for welding a knife after being told to drop the knife by law enforcement.  Where in the law is it murder for law enforcement to shoot a driver weaponizing their car after being told to get out of that car.

This argument is just entirely fake, for two reasons.
1) In the Obama administration, they counted being turned away at the border as a deportation.
A person would show up, be sent back, and counted as a deportation.

We have to do deportations from the interior of the country because Biden and Harris let them walk in.

2) In the cities that are not sanctuary cities, the deportation process is orderly and normal
--like most law enforcement.

In Minneapolis and a few other sanctuary jurisdictions, local jurisdictions and a few leftwing agitators have decided to wage war on all immigration enforcement officers. They are hoping that a little chaos will convince us to give up on immigration enforcement.

You know what's ironic in all this?
