I look for unbiased (as much as possible) and logic that fits the subject.

All evidence points to the agent hit by the car on acting out in self defense.  With no evidence he fired his firearm other than for self defense.

You called the agent that shot Good a murder.  You opened this can of worms. If you are not engaging in slander, then what evidence that goes beyond a reasonable doubt do you have the individual was motivated in to firing his weapon was something other than self defense.
