Records show ICEs blatant disregard for constitutional rights. These goons are barely trained in 4th Amendment rights, which it appears to me they ignore any way, let alone 2nd and 5th Amendment rights.

They are not law enforcement they are out there to make a quota and feed MAGA voter hate. For the actual trained law enforcement of other cities go public and say they will intervene and arrest ICE tells everyone the truth about the matter.

Nobodies going to prove murder.  There is no evidence.  A prosecutor would be stupid to go after a murder charge.

Good could have been illegally shot at anytime in your false claim of murder.  Good wasn’t shot until she moved her car endangering the agent at the door and accelerated the car at an agent.  It’s clear beyond a reasonable doubt the agent shot because the accelerating car was a threat to his wellbeing.  There was no intent of murder.  Only self defense.

From the source I posted, allegedly 2nd, 4th and 5th have been reported not yet adjudicated. I would imagine it would be tough or almost impossible to get evidence because of the lack of transparency and accountability with your government.

I posted a list of ICE shootings and there is a pattern there with putting themselves in harms way with vehicles then shooting. If they are that untrained or that hotheaded or that psychotic, then they need to GTFO because they are the ones escalating the violence.

If it is.  The videos shows things I didn’t see from the other videos / angles.

The agents were dealing with the diver that was shot.  And the agents were also dealing with a second person outside the SUV.  

Question on this one. The ICE agents were giving orders to two different people?  

The SUV was positioned to block or impede the ICE agent’s vehicles.

The driver of the SUV and the person outside the SUV seemed to show no fear concerning the ICE agents and trying their best to impede the agents.

The video shows how violently the SUV struck the ICE agent struck by the SUV.

Why.  There was all those legal observers taking video.  What is being missed in the video that is public that clearly shows Good could have illegally been shot at anytime if murder was the intent.  But Good wasn’t shot until she moved her vehicle while an agent was physically interacting with her door when the SUV was weaponized by accelerating literally into an agent.  All after she had total disregarded for lawful orders.  There is no evidence of intent to murder. Only intent to self defend.
