When I hear people ranting about them wearing mask. I can only think that they’re the dumbest people on the planet.  DEA and Undercover agents have been doing this many years.  But now they’re outraged?  Totally void of common sense they are.

It was his personal cell phone.

If he retained his cell phone, he would be removing evidence from the scene, which, like so many other things about this shooting, was contrary to proper procedure.

As far as I can determine, no body cam footage from this incident has been made public.

AGAIN, getting convicted criminals off the streets eliminates the worries of recidivism, Minnesota LEO are much safer and can work other cases for the greater common good.
