It's all too early to tell if criminal charges will be filed,
if the couple has activist ties, and if it can be proven that they were active on multiple occasions in disrupting ICE movements anywhere, specifically in Minnesota. There may not be criminal charges FAWK, this agent could have been filming because it was a known Democratic activist vehicle used in other ICE convoys. That could be why she was told to flee, her partner knew she was about to be arrested

This includes intentionally accelerating toward someone, ramming, or using it to trap/injure. Courts emphasize capability and manner of use (e.g., California Supreme Court: any object “used in such a manner as to be capable of producing… death or great bodily injury”). • Common Criminal Charges — Using a vehicle as a weapon typically leads to: • Assault with a Deadly Weapon (ADW) or Aggravated Assault (e.g., California Penal Code § 245(a)(1): felony, 2–4 years prison; often a “strike” if great bodily injury occurs). • Vehicular Assault or similar (varies by state: e.g., reckless operation causing injury, DUI-related injury, or intentional acts). • Penalties escalate with injury, intent, or if the victim is a law enforcement officer (e.g., up to 5+ years or more). • In road rage, domestic violence, or fleeing scenarios, it can upgrade to attempted murder or manslaughter if death results. • Federal Context (Relevant to Assault on Officers) — Under 18 U.S.C. § 111 (assaulting, resisting, or impeding federal officers/employees, like ICE agents): • Simple assault: misdemeanor (up to 1 year). • With physical contact/intent for felony: up to 8 years. • Using a deadly or dangerous weapon (explicitly includes vehicles when used to threaten harm) or inflicting bodily injury: felony up to 20 years imprisonment and fines. • This applies if the vehicle is “weaponized” (e.g., driven toward an officer in a threatening way). DHS/ICE policy allows deadly force response only if there’s an imminent threat of death/serious injury, and officers are generally prohibited from shooting at moving vehicles unless no reasonable alternative exists (e.g., stepping aside).

She was not that. I’m sure they have more evidence than that as well. They knew her and her vehicle. Those dumb women probably didn’t think the cops had evidence of them impeding and obstructing ICE. They probably thought they were the only ones recording with cellphones.

What if the reason she lost her kids is because the “wife” was putting out lit cigarettes on them? What if her Venmo “terrorism” payment was to somebody who ran over cops with a vehicle. This is fun.

IMO — the biggest issue is ICE agents are practically pulled off the street with little training and probably no training for domestic issues. Some have a military background which can actually escalate the problem — being the wrong mindset.
Then sent into a domestic hotbed. That is disaster waiting to happen. |
