Do you want to address the source I posted saying ICE can be arrested?

For doing their lawful duty.  No. For violating laws like anyone else they can be arrested like illegal aliens being arrested for breaking the law to be here illegally.  So. No.  Ice can’t be arrested for lawfully enforcing immigration law to apprehend those breaking the law by being in the US illegally.  To stop ICE from doing there sworn and legal duties of enforcement is hindering law enforcement and illegal.

Rounding up and removing people for not producing their papers quick enough was a Gestapo tactic to instil fear, but you carry on applauding those tactics instead answering the calls of abuse of powers!!

That is protocol, again you would not know anything about that.  He was involved with the shooting, he cannot be a part of the investigation. He removed himself from the immediate scene as to not be a hindrance.

ICE agents can be arrested like anyone else violating actual law.

Illegal allies can be arrested for being in the US illegally.

People can be arrested for interfering with the sworn duties of ICE when they are legally apprehending illegal aliens.

If the Philly Sheriff says ICE can and will be arrested, then that means they can't leave the scene of a homicide. I don't know how to make it more simpler for you to understand.
