Yes.  There are labels like kids with ADHD or Special Needs.

In my day we called them "thickoes".

But dealing with mental health issues is a big problem over here.

I wasn't implying that absolved him of anything, Someone was arguing that he was a loaner with no friends which was a lie and they were actually pushing their own non factual based narrative of these events.

I was not meaning to suggest that you were.

Im was just venting.

Obviously, being a loner with no friends would not justify those sorts of actions.

Nothing would, bar sheer madness and depravity. 

Soft in the head does not even begin to cover it.

Plus, we can all see him reference friends and family in his deranged manifesto.

It's pretty fair to say someone who isn't comfortable with how they were born might be suffering from mental issues. It's okay not to control every aspect of your life like it's some sort of pizza ordering app and you can just have it your way, it simply not the case in life stuff happens be like water moving through a rocky brook.

Coping skills, some people have them, some do not... 

Some people who can't cope find help and adjust 

Some people who can't cope, do not find help, and thier lives spiral out of what is considered normal.

A really small percentage of those people with whatever personal issues and no coping skills will lash out when there is no pressure relief valve in their lives

The more shit on you pile on your plate...the more shit you have to "eat" during your life...

Just saw a story where they interviewed a 7th grade classmate of this guy.

She said he would walk around throwing up his hand and saying "Praise Hitler"

She said she didn't understand because she was young.

I dont know and I am sorry, but 7th graders should know saying something like that is not right.

Warning signs seemed to be everywhere but nothing was done.

Coping must be learned early on. The participation trophies hurt this learning. When you fail at small things and learn to deal with it, you are learning how to deal with the big failures later.

Life is not all what you want it to be and all about you. Some don't learn this until it is beyond their ability to deal with it.



As to the trans and gay being a mental illness, as a group it is not. But there are individuals that take it too far and expect everyone to celebrate them. Most will tolerate them but that is not what they are seeking. This is where they start loosing it.

The same can be said for any group that can be singled out. There are ones that make a neusance of themselves then they don't understand why most people don't like them. 

If being trans or gay is all you are in life and you want everyone around you to celebrate how great that is, you are making your own problem. Be different but don't try to force its acceptance on everyone. You will get more friends and less enemies that way.
