I will mess up some fried teriyaki spam and eggs over rice.

I hate anchovies. I did have a pizza with little tiny cocktail shrimp on it that was delicious. We were trying to figure out a substitute for our Egyptian Muslim friend who couldn't eat pork or beef. So we did the shrimp. One of the best pizzas I ever had. I'm not a big seafood fan, but that was a really good one.

Let's see, my last meal, hmmmmm:
Meatloaf - my own recipe from scratch
Baked potato with scads of butter, sour cream, and scallions
Carrots
Green bean casserole
Tiramisu for dessert
A bottle of Dom Perignon to wash it all down
Vanilla Crown Canadian whiskey, neat

I can get behind a good meatloaf and baked potato combo.  


I have always had a hard time finding a good Tiramisu in my area. Might have to get my wife to make me some


Vanilla crown was a weakness of mine for a long time. I killed many a bottle and 12 pack of root beer in college

Im going to eat light, a salad, maybe some watermelon, no need to have to run to the bathroom while waiting, hopefully in line at the pearly gates.

Last meal ideas:

My homemade meatloaf, buttery mashed potatoes and brown gravy, garlic and onion green beans with smokey bacon. Warm blackberry bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream.

A fried chicken, collard greens, black-eyed peas and cornbread. Boston cream pie.

Jaeger schnitzel with kaesespaetzle and warm German potato salad. Apple pie with cheddar cheese melted on it.

My homemade McRib sammy with pickled red onion and bread and butter pickles, crispy tater tots with beer cheese for dipping. Cheesecake with a mixed berry sauce.

That's all I've got for now.

Salad recipe?

One red onion, finely 
sliced.

Little gem lettuce, sliced.

Two vine ripened tomatoes sliced.

Make vinaigrette of choice and lightly toss ingredients.

Discard and cook meat.

If making a warm kale salad, I know you need to use a good amount of oil in your pan. that way it slides into the trash a lot easier

The sharpness of the cheddar offsets and compliments the richness of the sweet filling. It's a great pairing if you like apple pie.

Forgot drinks:

Meatloaf and fried chicken has to be sweet tea.

Schnitzel goes with a hefeweizen.

Bbq and beer.

Finish off with a nice 12 year old Speyside single malt scotch.
