Joe Rogan saying both Harris and Trump coming on show

UPDATE;

kamala said she would due interview Tuesday but only for one hour, and she would not goto Rogans studio - he would have to fly to her.

he wisely refused but is apparently still in talks.

I suppose Harris can't be trusted too far away from the 'oversight and control' crowd...

I sure wouldn't "go to her."  That sounds more like a surrender than an interview agreement.  Rogan can't possibly be that 'hungry.'

I wonder how they articulate the reason she can't do it.  I bet it's a classic... the best the party committee could come up with!

Rogan also said Trump did not any special considerations.

Here is Joes statement, now that it got put back up:

Twitter
Quote:Also, for the record the Harris campaign has not passed on doing the podcast. They offered a date for Tuesday, but I would have had to travel to her and they only wanted to do an hour. I strongly feel the best way to do it is in the studio in Austin. My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a human being. I really hope we can make it happen.

UPDATE

Joe Rogan says JD Vance is going on his show:

I posted on Reddit with the latest polls, betting odds which clearly show Harris falling behind and suggested if Kamala wants to win she needs to go on the Joe Rogan Show because that is the audience she needs to court. I got almost nothing but ridicule and nasty hateful replies.

I was surprised by how much of a bubble the Democrat supporters live in and how short sighted and rude they were for posting the best data I could find and giving a solution to fix the problem the Harris campaign faces. Obviously her campaign is doing a poor job of reaching new voters and continuing to campaign to people who already are voting for her is a waste if time, going on Joe's show is not. It would give her one last chance to reach out to a demographic that know little about her and gives her a chance to convince the audience that she is intelligent and capable.

If she is unable to have a sit down, one on one conversation with no script, no rehearsed questions, and no ridiculous one hour time limit, she does not deserve to be President!

Oh, you tried to supply logic and hard data to leftists. Are you surprised of the response you received? The Harris campaign is banking on the same ideology that the Biden campaign did in 2020 — the cheat. They don’t need to campaign. Don’t need to leave their basement. DOMINION takes care of everything for them. Only problem is, half this damn country just registered to vote for the first time. And they didn’t do it to vote for the cackling clown. This will be a landslide. And we get to hear the reeeeeeeeeee for the next 4 years……

I agree.

The problem is our society is becoming purposefully infantilized.

I was in education in the 90s and it was already going on then.

Responsibility, achievement and critical thinking have been deliberately subverted.

Emotional response prioritized.

Well, it is probably exhausting for her, maintaining the kayfabe. She's really not very good at it at all, even one hour would be pushing it. Trump is a weird freak of nature to them, he can do it effortlessly, for hours and hours. He really becomes what he is portraying. It scares the hell out of them. Good thing he's on their side.

He put a Post on Twitter asking people if they still want to see Kamala.

So apparently it is the Harris campaign holding up the interview not Joe. Maybe they are trying to put rules on the the interview and Joe won’t agree… (that’s my guess) but he directly says he wants her on.

Good on Joe for not caving to the Harris campaign demands. Most podcasters will bend over backwards and do whatever Harris and the campaign wants to get the interview and the millions and millions of views.

I think unlike most other podcasters, Joe Rogan isn't feeling the desperation of wanting to be "validated" by having a candidate spewing their prefab utterances on their show.

I may be wrong, but I actually believe Rogan when he says "I just want to have a genuine human conversation."

It appears to me that the Harris election cabal want's anything but that.

(Truth is, we don't even have true debates in this political theater... just people taking turns spouting canned politi-speak bullet points, and the oppositions' canned counter-attacks on those pre-imagined points.  Nearly every single politician appearance in media is forced into some form of submission by the "desired" guest...)

Rogan's format distinguishes itself as being free from constraint... which many more cowardly guests run away from as a hazard to their "imagery"... because it is only "appearances" that matter to them.

Collect every appearance of Harris's past, and compile them into a 'conversation'... say what? It can't be done?... shouldn't we wonder why that is?... And how will her 'style' manifest on the world-stage?  We already know how it manifests here in the States.

At the risk of seeming partisan, I place the blame on the committee.  The are of the same ilk as many conservative think-tanks... thinking they can 'tell' people what to think... choosing candidates as empty 'placeholders' for their collective will.  It won't stop until we tell them "no more."

Trump just knows how to appeal to the common person. One day, Biden calls Trump supporters ‘garbage’. The next day, Trump shows up to talk to reporters in a garbage truck. What an EPIC troll.
