There is no question about the leak and that it was intentional.
It is not disputed.   His own people testified against him.

Sigh.   You have no clue.   The case will be dismissed because the criminals always get away with their crimes.   But again, there is no question that there was a leak.   What is being questioned is if it were Comey who did it or Andrew MCcabe.  McCabe already testified under oath that it was Comey who ordered it.   Comey did not testify against McCabe.  Both Comey and McCabe are liars so the case will most likely be tossed because law enforcement won't be able to pin down in court which of the too slime balls did it.

Of the Biden appointees in the EDVA, Judge Nachmanoff is probably the best potential draw.

He does not have a background that suggests "progressive" activism as is true of many Biden appointed district judges, particularly those in the last 2 years of his Admin.

Judge Nachmanoff entire career in private practice was in federal criminal defense work. That is not the same kind of bubbling caldron of "social warriors" that you find in public interest law firms on the radical left. He spent his first two years in practice working for a firm that specialized in federal criminal defense work. The founding partner in that firm then joined the Federal Defender's Office, and Judge Nachmanoff went with him. He was with the Federal Defender's Office for 13 years and was then hired as a Magistrate Judge in EDVA. After 6 years as a Magistrate, Biden nominated him to be a District Judge in 2021.

That is generally NOT the profile of an activist progressive judge. That's just a trial attorney attracted to criminal defense work.
