I highly recommend reading James Comey's book "A Higher Loyalty".

He reveals more than he intended to.
Page 162 & 163 Comey concedes that Hillary Clinton did indeed mishandle classified information on her personal email.
However the more pressing issue in his mind was "What was she thinking?" A rather impossible task.

"In all there were 36 email chains that discussed topics that were classified as "Secret" at the time. 8 times in those thousands of email exchanges across four years, Clinton and her team talked about topics designated as "Top Secret", sometimes cryptically, sometimes obviously.  "Put another way, there were 36 email chains about topics that could cause "serious" damage to national security and 8 that could cause "exceptionally grave" damage to the security of the United States if released."

Comey is scum.
He leaked classified/sensitive (can't remember which) information to the press to further his left wing agenda.
He gave Hillary a free pass on her mishandling of classified information.
He turned the FBI into a joke lacking any credibility for many many years.
The right hate him.
But the left hate him as well.  
They testified against him to save themselves.
And they blame him for Hillary losing in 2016.

Now Comey is trying to play victim to Donald Trump.
All that garbage about not going to his knees to Trump ...
