Would it not have been possible to hate the dictatorial government of General Franco, while, simultaneously Not hating the Spanish people?

What a stupid argument. Israel is committing genocide at exactly the pace it can generate lies to cover its actions with and manoeuvre to avoid political and international fallout, like they always have. Their problem is, it's not working any more. There's too many pictures of dead and starving kids, panoramas of indiscriminately bombed wastelands, meticulously documented atrocities, and laughably transparent falsehoods:
