this is worth quoting for truth because it goes well beyond the burry images in that pdf. it reminds me of the cartoon here
except instead of standards we are doing theories or ways of looking at data. without the ability to actively test and pursue hypotheses it all stays in the realm of the speculative and theories can't be eliminated because the valid scope of interpreting the data is undefined, by any measure of usefulness.
so okay the op got a strange email and pictures. well that is interesting, add it to the pile, but does it let us effect change? or just add to the whirlwind of databits floating around in our heads?
i do like the implication of some uaps having more complex geometric shapes however that is interesting
