In my case it's racism (or any other "ism" that can be applied to those that are against those that are different in some way), but I only get angry when I witness it, like at work, where I have a work colleague that likes to rant about the immigrants (except Brazilians) with the clients.
Muslims (or those she suspects of being Muslims, as she isn't smart enough to see that skin colour and country of origin do not make a person a Muslim) are her preferred target.
Or a guy I see everyday, passing by my work place, and that I once heard saying that all gipsies should be killed. At that time I got angry.

Trump and his cronies enjoy a 19th-century style expansionist mindset. It is another sore point with me.
What happened to diplomacy, consistency, or even basic logic?

I was very angry with God for a long time. Why I am angry hasn't changed, but I let it go, at least lately. So, with my anger directed to God, I haven't had time to cultivate political anger and as long as I avoid the MSM evening news broadcasts, I'm not engaging in any outbursts.
So I guess, I got it out as much as I have had to and haven't had much anger about anything. Cranky, of course, irritable, naturally, angry, not really, not like I have been for a few years now. I have resolved the biggest issue of my life lately, learned a lot, and made some money in the process, so I'm in a pretty good place right now.

A little frustrated this morning, but mad ? Nah.
Ran out of coffee and had to make a quick trip to the store and now all is right with the world.
Look, getting mad at politicians is like getting mad at the clouds when it rains.
It's what they do, it's what they've always done and they will continue to do.

I live in a place where there are many Portuguese migrants and their descendants, and most are very anti-racist. They have both black and white in their community, because community.
I was not here.

On a serious note, you are projecting.
Our feelings and thoughts are not hot air.
I am sorry that you feel that what you share with the rest of us is hot air - I personally think you can be funny in a superficial way.

Couple of notable Carlin quotes spring to mind.
"The planet is fine. The people are fuck@d."
"Fighting for peace is like screwing for virginity."
Glad you got your coffee all the same.
Nothing worse in the morning than running out of the java.
"Yet so it is, we see the illiterate bulk of mankind that walk the high-road of plain common sense, and are governed by the dictates of nature, for the most part easy and undisturbed. To them nothing that is familiar appears unaccountable or difficult to comprehend."

this is an interesting topic -- is getting angry at god really the only harmless outlet of anger, or is it the worst thing? after all, you're guaranteed that it's not going to harm anyone or anything that god doesn't want it to. and it will likely backfire in exactly the way god wants it to. so is it the proper expression of anger, then? or should we rage against things in the world that are usually just obscured projections of ourselves? like for example i do sometimes get anrgy at people who seem mostly in love with the beauty of weapons. but is that projected anger at the feelings of powerlessness against human nature and a world that is apparently all about everything killing something? probably. and anger at the envy of people who apparently seem able to live happy lives in a bubble of firm belief in the righteousness of their perspective of vile conflict, and call it 'honour'. pricks all, and i think we'd be better off without them.

I can think of a lot of world leaders that I wouldn't like to live under, Starmer and his minions, here in the UK, is far, far worse than Trump.
As to Trump's effect on the world stage, not my President, not my circus, not a lot I can do about it.
No point getting angry over something out of ones control, complete and utter waste of energy.
