No.  It is racist to promote some over others based on skin color.

Good... Now if they can redraw the district lines without packing people by race into a single token district, I'll believe they actually give a fuck about districts with unfair racial minority-majorities existing.

Net results can be tracked, and every black majority district made a greater black majority will be noted and held up with a "WTF!?" sign. 55% black can't become 63% and maintain argumentative integrity. 

... because then its not really about "any one district having a minority racial plurality" anymore, like is being stated, it's about TOO MANY of them existing, which says something else entirely..

The Southern border hasn't been open going back to 1848, after all of California and most of Texas were taken from Mexico in the Mexican-American war. Of course, there was a military reason for patrolling and securing the border, ensuring it wasn't crossed by Mexican forces.

They have not been in place long enough to understand the culture they moved into. This makes them fit in less than others. That is why they stand out so much. Also the ones that came over the border illegally are in fact illegal. I had say that again for clarity.

And yet, the undocumented are, on average, far more law-abiding than legal immigrants, who are, on average, also more law abiding that USA born citizens (as identified by FBI statistics). There are far more rapist, drug-dealing, violent criminals that hide behind flag-waving patriotism.

You haven't seen racism until you see how Mexicans hate Myans. I have personally seen that once. Not verbal, not beating, just not caring at all when one got hurt.

I can show you photos of 'them good 'ole boys' lynching innocent African Americans, and, more recently, ICE officers imprisoning children and women who just 'looked' like illegal immigrants.

Or, I could show you the numerous news articles about the New Zealand born Māori woman, a legal immigrant to the US, whom ICE have been holding for weeks, and every time she gets a court appearance scheduled, ICE moves her to another State, and the family has to go through the appeals to the law all over again from the start.

You do know the Nazi's falsely said the Jews were all criminals and degenerates, and arrested, imprisoned and deported them, before the final solution of extermination.

Or, I could show you the YouTube video of an Economics lecture that ended up with academics asking if they should run, leave the country, from the coming oppression.

And Trump, himself, and his cronies have said that he intends to remain President, despite the 22nd Amendment.

You say undocumented, the correct word is illegal. That is not a lie, that is the law.

Trump said the third term to get people like you upset. Are you his puppet now?

Most of the rest of your post is referencing from over 50 years ago. 

Some ICE detentions may be mistakes but many are from attacking ICE agents or not cooperating in the encounter. 

What is ICE to do when a child is abandoned because their parent just ran away from ICE and the child is standing there? They can't legally leave them alone by themself.

I can't find why that woman was detained. All the articles are about her being detained not why. Do you have that information? I can't give an opinion without information.

If the President has continued to enact his edict despite his edict being declared unconstitutional, he has broken the law.

If a President implements a new law and proceeds without ratification of that law by the Congress, that is contrary to the clear process defined in the Constitution, and therefore automatically unconstitutional, and the President has broken the law.

If a President falsely declares a state of emergency, when all the evidence of need is contrary, so that they can bypass normal Constitutional limitations, then they have broken the law.

Trump has done all of these three.

You have confused Trump, who never "continued to enact his edict despite his edict being declared unconstitutional," with Biden, who DID.

No president has ever implemented a new law that hasn't been "ratified" (not the correct word.)

I could cite those many cases where branches of the government have contravened the US Constitution as proof that the USA is significantly corrupt and lawless in comparison to the ideals it claims to espouse.

There is a trajectory of increasing corruption of political and legal principles and corresponding degeneration of social order, but the increase over different administrations is not linear. It is accelerating.

If you think you can cite such cases, then by all means do so.
I don't think you can cite many, and the ones you can don't indicate what you seem to mean by that.
