From ATS to here

From 15 years ago I was fairly active on ATS.  From about 2016 I started visiting less and less due to it being too concentrated on US politics.  I still occasionally visited but the gaps between visits grew longer.  I was oblivious to the issues there until today.  But through this I found here and on first impressions it feels like the ATS of old.  Anyhow, hello all, I look forward to talking with you all.

That sounds like a familiar story, being put off by the lowbrow hateful political sniping! Here, our political sniping is usually ironic and a shade above mid-wit, and mostly confined to its own little Deny Politics section.

Welcome, I too visited ATS way before you did and got hooked, but then it changed.

I, being an adaptable person and enjoying a good debate, kept on going.
