Just reading through the new members and before i saw "the title" i thought should i introduce my self as a lurker, then i saw it "ATS Lurker". Well I've been lurking for 21 years joined ATS in 2004, i made just over a thousand posts and contributed a few threads, but i mostly just lurked. I remember back in 2004 making a comment about being on ATS in 20 years time, and indeed i was and fortunately made a post just before it disappeared (it may have been the post of death, admin probably groaned "shut it down"). Wonder if it will ever come back ("not if you're on it"). I'm only joking, i don't suppose anyone on ATS even new i was there.
You know i was reading here someone saying that ATS was not very important, but it was. It must have had tens if not hundreds of thousands of threads on just about anything connected with conspiracy and just the strange and interesting, like these:

Gone, all those threads will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die. (yeah i know I'm probably not the first, but it is fitting).
Some of those threads, old news, but were discussed at the time they happened, some still have relevance today. I expect for any young and new members those titles will drive you crazy now you cant view them lol, and there was much much more. Much more like that massive thread on Astral projection which, imho is a kin to remote viewing. And that last one about the To the Stars Accademy was very interesting. I remember in the early days of ATS Hal Puthoff would get roasted as a complete fraud, reasons included.
Over the years ATS got mentioned on MSM, them newfangled Youtubers mention it, Jim Marrs wrote a book on it, it had many guest speakers, notably for me anyway David Icke and John Lear, i believe even Stanton Friedman, brilliant stuff.
Two decades is a long time. I know ATS went a bit down hill (sadly i missed the Russian hack stuff) and i did read here that you have it all archived which is good, but i will take it with a pinch of salt as to whether we see it and whether its been doctored. But for now i will just carry on lurking for however long this site stays up and maybe add my crackpot 2 cents here and there. And, thanks to the site owners and contributing members, your devotion (which i think it is for some) is much appreciated by this old ATS lurker. x
