Well this new development will affect the quota roundups, so I expect ICE to be disbanded fairly soon...it's too expensive now and the people don't have any extra to give. There are moths flying out of their wallets.

BTW, Trump mentions that they won't be imprisoned because he mentions they will be free to commit crimes and more criminals will be coming across the borders. They are all criminals but no imprisonment, makes sense. /sarc  (edited, added last paragraph)

My understanding was that this ruling didn't apply to all deportations, but rather the ones who are sent to the El Salvador prison.

Deportation hearings are handled by the executive branch, and can happen quick, like under half an hour quick.

But the due process has to do with being imprisoned, not deported.

I think doing something similar, and calling the Fox News Administration fascists for 4 years (or even 8) is prudent and cathartic.

It's WAY harder to get in European countries than it is for like broke Honduran people to get into here.  Like you can try asylum, but you need more than, "I hate the current fascist administration and it's secretariat-like supporters."  Separation of church and state #1....

#2 lived in 6 different homes in 60 years, had to get a new roof twice, plus they have this new stuff you spray on your roof and can give you 3-4 more years. 

So still worth it to have taxpayer dollars go to tax-paying citizens, enforcing lawful orders 

Plus, the number of people who need a false ID leads to an increased black market for fake IDs, and the crime begets more crime. 

Get in a car wreck, and the at-fault driver is undocumented, is a PITA you pay through the nose, and your rates skyrocket
