Started her own business as a HUD contractor in 1993.
HUD contract cancelled and she was investigated by the FBI and SEC in 1997.

People paid for his services.
And then they paid again when he blackmailed them.
And (speculation) foreign countries may have paid for the information on people.

There is a CONTACT list, but (so far) there is no CLIENT list.
That's two different things.
Just being on a contact list doesn't equate to being a client.

Epstein probably had a contact list but no client list.
The client list would have been left to his girl buddy doing 20 years in the lock up.
I doubt Epstein ran the operation that detailed.

Having a client list for crimes is the dumbest thing a criminal could do. Its a fool proof way to ensure there is evidence to convict you.
