I don't follow politics but things like this are almost unavoidable.

My 2c

There is a list of sorts that contains names of clients, systems, goverments and heads-of-state.
The reason it's being kept private follows the old "careful what you wish for" because if the entire truth came out, people wouldn't like what the see.

If (not "when) this list came out, I firmly believe it would undermine relationships our country has with other countries.  People would DEMAND that we stop sending funds oveseas to our "allies".   If that would happen, the chance of a major shakeup in the global economy would occur.

To be more specific:
I firmly believe that Israel is a large part of these revelations.  
I think Epstein "coordinated" (no enough info to say "worked for") with the Israelis as an intelligence-gathering asset any may have possibly constructed a "dead man's switch" of sorts.   This switch was triggered after there was high confidence that the fallout could be contained via the Trump admin.

If you could follow the finances you would uncover some of it for sure. But you’re never going to be able to follow them even a bit. No one will see anything beyond what is approved. Certainly nothing linking Mossad - and that’s a straight Maxwell connection.

Allegedly, he kept dossiers of pictures and videos on people he blackmailed.

So that is that, and Barak, Olmert, and Peres only knew him in a social context and talked about culture stuff, despite anything that may have been mentioned in the lawsuits and depositions.

If he were Mossad, he was likely turned or was a double agent at some point. 

It makes sense, we have seen how much stronger certain departments have become as holders of the nation's secrets.

As for the wealthy, the entertainers, the elite, they have always been full of scandal, graft, and corruption with heavy doses of manipulation and control. 

They were better at hiding it from the naive general public

Seems like me and whoever you quoted are of very similar belief. If it comes out it will topple the whole system everywhere. It would be national security of the highest order and being that it would effect most nations that matter...it would have a lot of cooperation to protect the info from the public. It sure appears like that is playing out to my eyes...
