When Trump was supposably dead and with D.C. buzzing over pizza orders...  there was heavy military activity on both coasts. A spike in TACAMO flights and a huge surge in Blackhawk drills, etc... 

Seeing that many TACAMO planes and many Blackhawks at the same time was unusual... It's highly possible that Trump was in some kind of military exercise during that time...

Biden was in poor health it wasn't a conspiracy it was real. Trump holds more live events almost daily where he is hammered from all sides by random questions and swat's them off like flies, Biden would just shit his pants and then talk to imaginary people.
