Sorry to hear you’ve been through that... glad to hear you're doing better now.
Sometimes the simplest riffs are the ones that hit the best.
There are so many ways to make music... just a quick, short recording can turn into something great.

I just joined SoundCloud, sounds workable to me.
Here’s my page: https://soundcloud.com/iron-imitator.
I’m definitely up for hearing what you’ve been working on, so feel free to send something over when you’re ready. I might be able to add something or help shape an idea. No pressure either way... will be fun!
And yeah, I’ve got my own weak spots too... some keys just don’t like me at all, haha. : )
Cool, just remembered soundcloud now has adverts except for pro accounts which is a bit annoying. I’ll check out Bandcamp see how that is these days. I was thinking of starting a new group called DenyIgnorance, to collaborate on. In the meantime there has to be an easier way of file sharing in this day an age. I know wetransfer works but I think there is a time limit for accessing files which could be a pain. If anyone has any ideas I’m all ears.

Why not use Google Drive? You can set permissions for individual folders that allows people to upload, edit, etc...

Lately, I've been singing to myself but mixing up tunes that are stuck in my mind over the decades and creating my own music mixes. Does that count?

Thanks - it's best played on proper speakers or studio headphones as I'm more maths based than musical based and all the focus is on chest caving bass. Had the luxury of spending years in university recording studios with free 24/7 access when students were away getting tips from ex-Ministry of Sound staff and DJing around UK/European festivals for 20 years so everything is on the dancey/trippy side.
Do some weird video based mash-up mixes of really eclectic styles too.

Cool I have been getting into Moroccan and African drumming based music lately, that stuff seems to be the original trance music!

Yeah, the ads on SoundCloud can get a bit much unless you’re on a Pro plan. Bandcamp’s still good, but maybe better for finished tunes than work-in-progress stuff.
Google Drive sounds like a better option... free, and no expiry on files like WeTransfer has.
BandLab might be worth checking out... it’s a free online DAW. Probably not the best. I think one can upload WAVs, collaborate in it...
dunno never tried that one.
Ah... just noticed, your not into shouty vocals?
I was hoping someone would Djent, so I could do the screaming and death metal growls...
Just kidding… mostly. But hey, I can if needed, haha.
quintessentone
Absolutely that counts!
Can’t wait to hear what you come up with... and if you’re up for it, jump in on the collab too! : )
