I wanted to detail what I found into my almost 50 minutes into the video from SomeStupidName in post #165.

Instantaneous acceleration is in this video compilation from 37.50 to 37.55 minute.

Another one...The craft is taking off can be seen from 43,40 to 43,50 at 5o'clock white disk. At 47.00 it appears again. At 47,50 to 48,00 it makes a landing.

There is another possible instantaneous take off, I think.

The orb gets close to the submarine, flies by and in few seconds shoots out of view. Some frames even show a trail. Overall great video fragment.

Scary. I hope submarine crew saw them too.

What if they admit that aliens are visiting Earth but they have had no contact and have no idea what they are doing? How would people react to that? Panic, unease, or would life go on much as it always has. But would tha be a testing of the waters or a way to slowly break the news so as not to have a complete panic.

Then how would they know what's happening or visiting the Earth? 

I think people are reacting to "that" and life goes on much as it always has...

Nah, that was the recent revelation that Aliens.gov turned out to be a “dob in a Mexican” site rather than about Darth Vader from the planet Vulcan.

Our authorities have no clue. Don't worry of people's reaction as nothing will happen. We all will go about our lives as usual.
Indeed, aliens are not part of our daily lives...just some activity folks see in the sky. Encounters are scarce and have no meaning aside of amusement and wonder bordering with fear with some of us.
So, no panic will happen at this point. Look around the crowd walking staring at their cell phones. Hardly any give a flying concern.

i think it is a wrong way of putting things of what people want. And some of us here on DI or else are not stupid as you suggest. It is more complicated then meets your eye.

What is 'disclosure' to you? Question to all here on DI.
UFO files release was and is a huge reinforcement of my long time believes if you ask me. I do not need a disclosure personally. Those videos are good enough at this point in time.
