Waht would have happened if the rifle wasnt recovered? Certainly, once the ballistics were released, Gramps might have still put 2-2 together and say where is my rifle or Am I supposed to believe you lost it or it got stolen, and just so happens to be the same type of weapon at a site my grandson happens to be familiar with?
