Making a threat isn't the same as free speech. Showing someone holding someone's decapitated head is free speech though. Tying a noose isn't free speech apparently, but marching with a mask or hood is. It is a tightrope sometimes, we just have to find the court cases for specifics.

The specifics of this case are an irrelevance in comparison to having a Muslim run town or city in the USA. It won’t be the last. They intend to take over and they will, bit by bit, slowly slowly, just as they are doing in the UK.  Maybe you guys will realise the danger sooner than us.

implying two red flags, do people read FB posts and automatically do what anyone suggests? Really? 
He hasn’t actually threatened anyone or anything, he could mean fire some shots in the air. If I was lawyer I would say the most he is guilty of is minor incitement at the most. Going off his exact words if that’s all he said and I haven’t missed something? Some community service for him is all that would be needed.
