Anyone with a modicum of sense should know you are born either a biological male or female and no matter what surgeries you decide to have you are still the same biological sex as you were born. That is a fact nobody can seriously debate, they will but they will always be wrong. I would normally add a "in my opinion" to statements like this, but this is an irrefutable fact.

Reality is a woman is an adult female and a female is someone who is biologically set up to produce eggs and bear offspring.    They don't have a penis.   They have a vagina.    That's a woman.   'Thoughts' have nothing to do with it.
