I would have to say yes. The shooter can also be a patsy for the operation. 

With the right individual and the right puppeteering, it is very possible. 

Some can be manipulated to do things they would never do without knowing the truth about why or by who's orders.

Please tell me you understand that their moniker 'anti-fascist' is just that, a moniker.  It's like the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (North Korea). They are simply anarcho-terrorists that have been at the forefront of most major destructive "protests" where fires were set and cars turned over. They were hijacked by the DNC for a year or so until they realized they couldn't be contained back around 2020.

Tens of millions of Americans never even heard of Charlie Kirk before his murder.

And yet, all Americans must honor and praise him or else face the wrath. Why?
Approximately 8,470 Americans died that day.
Are the mourners of those 8,470 supposed to drop everything to mourn a stranger?

And yet, if he wasn’t killed, he still be widely unknown.  

I didn’t know him.  I really don’t morn the individual.  And I’m not facing any wrath.  No personal connection.  But I can still morn that peaceful dialogue by an individual willing to engage was violently assassinated in a country where there is organized revolution every few years through voting.  And be sickened by individuals thinking Kirk murdered was somehow a good thing using lies and propaganda.
