Your point is not relevant.

Free speech has nothing to do with the issue.

There is no freedom from consequence - and should never be - to knowingly lie and push propaganda against an individual in order to have them hurt or killed.  Taking away another persons right to essential liberty is not covered by free speech.

Several sources are currently posting lies about the shooter - one was that he donated to Republicans.  A retraction has been issued by the source of that (it was another person with the same name), however the original lie is spreading as it so often does on social media.

There is a massive deflection going on by the left because they refuse to take responsibility for inciting the murder of Charlie Kirk.

What we know is that his college class mates have spoken about his radicalisation, his parents have too, and that his lover was a trans. We also know he was a so called 'ant-fascist'.

How much will society be degraded due to issues we are not to discuss?
