This should be about catching a murderer, not about right or left, nor stoking tensions.

And Trump claiming in televised Oval Office address, that left-wing rhetoric is "directly responsible" for the shooting, without any sort of real evidence, is rather discombobulating also imho.

I'm going down another rabbit hole, that being that Charlie Kirk was asking a lot of questions about the Oct. 7th attack, such as "Was there a standdown order?" "Why were the doors left open?" also "Who are the donors to secular Israel?" and questioning the ethnic cleansing of Gaza. Harrison H. Smith's tweet on X in August 2025 claims that he received a warning about a threat against Charlie Kirk.

Also the FBI is not releasing what messages are written on the ammo and the rifle, so it's all speculation at this time.

I agree, but would take solace in knowing that Utah does still have the death penalty. Yes, it would be hard turning my own child in just for it to come to that end, but in my eyes, there is no excuse for killing a man that only ever sought debate.

OK proof of the 7.62 hitting the top of the armor and deflecting into Charlie's neck.  The round was deformed by the impact of the armor plate leaving an unusually large entry hole in Charlie's neck.

Because it means, that while someone did try to kill him, he actually died because of the body armor that was meant to protect him.  That the Fanatical Nut Job that shot him, just got lucky.


As for all the Right/Left Blame BS going on in the world?  I'm over it.  This is so much bigger than Dem/Republic.  This is the mental health crisis that isn't just in the US.  The whole world.  While I realize there are more, on one side than the other, if we don't come together soon and address the real issue, there will be no hope for us.

All you wanted to do as an adult was dehumanize two teenage girls in another thread calling them neds.  Calling a kitchen knife and a hatch murderous weapons.  

Now you want to preach about exaggeration and escalation.  When many on the left in the USA are jubilant because a person using their first amendment right was assassinated for their political views.  Where many conservatives respect all peacefully voicing and using rights have know for a long time many on the left would like to see us strung up.  And that’s not an exaggeration.
