Utah Police (I think) are also confirming that the shooter has not been apprehended.
So a shooter is on the loose!

I saw the video. The man standing to the rear and Kirk's Right gives the hand signal. It was more than one person involved and it would take God coming down out of heaven to make me believe different.

TV news now reporting that someone yelled "I DID IT" right after the shooting and everyone swarmed that person ... a distraction ... someone who would obviously get off ... giving time for the real shooter to get away unnoticed.

If that's true, it lends credence to your theory about hand signals and multiple people involved.

It's early ... there will be a lot of speculation and false stories ... so we will see.

Considering the shooter was (so it is said) 200 yards away, were they listening somehow and timing this? Is it coincidence?

While that's probably not a crime whatever that picture depicts, he should be committed for life for posing for it.

Unless of course that's a Halloween costume but I doubt it.
