But seriously, in 2022 I think 400 scientists signed a letter calling for the ban on solar geoengineering citing various potential disastrous consequences like the disruption of monsoon rains in Asia and Africa that could ravage the crops causing poverty if not famine. Ecology is not science, it's a crappy and dangerous secular religion full of unquestionable dogmatic bull#.

Why is it always "change reality" to suit humanity, rather than adapt to changing conditions? Scientists are so keen on manipulating the human body, why not help humans adapt to changing climate? Why not develop new tech to help us cope with higher temperature climates rather than trying to manipulate global weather? Figure out how agriculture can capitalize on the warming somehow, rather than relying on current corporate farming methods. What happened to American Innovation?

I have periodically read articles and things about trying to dim the sun to help "global warming" but I always wonder and I mean I'm not a scientist but I always wonder what effect this would have on areas like say......Minnesota or other cooler climate states. Or countries, like northern Canada. Places where 80 in the summer is pushing it. Won't it cool them down quite a bit?

I am an admitted sun lover. The weather I love is temps between 85-110 and full sun so maybe I'm just being a hater. I'm sure a lot of people love cooler weather.
