A heart attack waiting to (conviently) waiting to happen?

Do you have pizza delivery over there?
Start ordering him meat lovers pizzas with all the fatty toppings.
Have 'em sent to whereever he is living now.
Take up a collection for payment for t he pizzas.
I'm sure a lot of English folks would like to contribute.

Explain it to me in small easy to understand words.
Thanks.

It means if you tell porkies to the police, you gain a perverting the course of justice charge, which carries with it about 5 years in the clink.

Not been charged yet, just arrested.

Investigation is ongoing.

So he's arrested but not charged?
Here when someone is arrested they are told what they are arrested for.
Then within 48 hours they are arraigned and formally charged in court.
Does the charging over there happen at a court date or something?
Does it have to be within 48 hours like here?

They are apt to be acting on any information he has chosen to provide.

And also acting on any information/questions he chooses not to be forthcoming about.

No.  He's been told what he was arrested for, interviewed and released pending ongoing investigations.

So no Court date yet.

As a prosecutor, he's guilty until proven even more ******* guilty.

Allegedly.....

Or the Epstein emails and what they might find on his electronic devices which will take time.

So not released under caution then? Or is that the same thing as pending further investigation these days?

That's apt to take proper authorisation, and court warrants will it not?

So yeah, a modicum of time i suppose.

Imagine being the judge signing those warrants through?

Is that how it works?
