Aaaaand....... he's released, not even on bail and without charge.

.. was there any doubt that this would happen?  

For those in the UK ... help me out on t his ....
What is the purpose of arresting someone and then hours 
later releasing them without charge?

I don't get it.

Is there something in  your law system that says this is to 
set up for a charge later?   Or something else????

Don't they do the investigation first and then charge?

Trump was very, very sad over Andrew's arrest
It was a shame

I couldn't get the sound to play.
He said the same about Bill Clinton.
That it's a shame they are going after him.
I think this makes Trump look even more guilty.
He's saying it's a shame these high profile men are falling.
That means he could fall next ... probably scares him.

I don't understand 'questioning under caution'.
Explain it to me in small easy to understand words.

Is this like in the US when they bring someone in for questioning
and hold them for 48 hours ... and then have to release them
if they aren't charged?   Here if people are brought in before 
being charged they aren't considered under arrest.   They are 
called 'detained' but must be released if not charged after
questioning.

Is that what happened here?

They have searched his properties only after his arrest, not before.

Not been charged yet, just arrested.

Investigation is ongoing.

As to faith in our Justice system...

I wish i had that sort of conviction in the system.
