And the woke sequel of Olympus has Fallen:

Mike Bannon: "I'm sorry Mr President.  I can't support the use of indiscriminate violence against political opponents.  Vegetable rights and peace, man.  Namaste."
'l'll just check my Giveashitometer....Nope.  Nothing...

Yeah...

The prevailing wisdom is no one casts curses because then it will all be curses and counter curses and nothing ever gets done.

"Namaste is cultural appropriation, Bannon!  You're fired!"
You must develop the ability to be disliked in order to free yourself from the prison of other people's opinions.

Absolutely pathetic.
This is on par with the BBC's decision and cut every release since VHS, of Only Fools and Horses for 80's sayings, phases and of course the mindless removal of most music (sometimes causing the removal of whole scenes - nightclub scene in Jolly Boys Outing butchered etc) because they wont pay the rights despite earning millions.

This though is even worse. Some look like Amazon have let the tea boy have a go at photoshopping the images.
"and slowly and surely, they drew their plans against us"

Ha!  Don't care.  I've grown a beard anyway.  Take that, Kegsbreath.

Klingons would like a word with him about the beard thing and the Warrior Ethos.....

I haven't seen the Casino Royale remake yet. Do they still have the flying saucer and the atomic bomb pill in it?

I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

Now that I've been informed by Q that Amazon has the rights to the franchise:

1) Owning VHS or DVD or Blu-ray makes more sense than subscribing to Prime.

2) Owning an original movie poster makes more sense than cursing the current market.

3) There is always eBay or such, until that gets acquired.

There's a reason you separate military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people. - Commander William Adama

@Bootless

Such media is being phased out in the market....

virtual has no weight, costs nothing to "pretend" to ship... (which where the tax is)
It exists in a void... and is entirely unreal...

what sell something else?  not happening.

Soon you will pay TOP dollar for a reliable VHS, or even DVD... should you want one.
Unless you can "burn" one... which, as everyone knows, is a legal "hazard."

It wasn't market pressure.... it was a market decision.  (broader commerce conspiracy.)

Imagine if they had been around since the Renaissance... what the art we see now would have become under righteous indignation.

It's the old pay "not to own" but "subscribe to view" your purchases.
Discourages people from cancelling subscriptions.

I've got a Bouguereau* print hanging in my closet.

*not Renaissance, but rather late 19th Century Realist.

So many people get angry when you tell them that most of the time,
they are literally "buying" nothing...

Oh well...

It's not my money... not my "free speech."
