Well, the propulsion system seems to be exotic. Hovering in mid-air and descending without rotors. And what are the objects hovering around it?

I have no idea. 

I always guessed that these would be aircraft carriers as they are described as incredibly large.

history channel did several different ufo series that covered several cops seeing/chasing something that looks like this. They described the sides as several stories high.

the movement is as described by those cops.

so if real these things are aircraft carrier big.
