Enforcing immigration is a Federal thing.  Not for PD's.

But they could be partners in good faith, not obstruction to enforcement of immigration law.  And actually arrest those interfering with federal authorities.

There is probably lots that could be posted in good faith.  But when people buy into ICE is the Gestapo, ignore that ICE is being illegally kept from doing their duties, and false claims of ICE is executing people.   There is no rational debate.  Something about 13 rules for radicals.

I have already posted a few links to Republicans in congress calling for hearings into trumps ICE tactics, maybe you could find some answers there.

If what trump was doing was standard policing tactics, why would he need to change his tactics?

Only 123 names on that list of allegedly preventable deaths perpetrated by illegal immigrants?

The USA has a murder rate of about 50 per day (with adult male Caucasian offenders committing 41% of the offences), so that entire list only equates with the number representing less than two and a half average days of murders in the US.

You see, amid all the murders perpetrated by US citizens, those done by illegal immigrants are vanishingly small and lost in the details until you cherry pick, and remove the overwhelming majority of data.

Perhaps Trump is targeting the wrong group?

The left likes to say, banning guns, if it saves one life, it is worth it.

So deporting all illegals, if it saves one life. . . . .

ICE tactics.  Or trying to follow the law while being illegally harassed by agitators using false pretenses in a state that is obstructing immigration law by acting as a barrier.
