And that matters why?  Explain the felony -- oh excuse me -- plural felonies.

Love how you all defended Rittenhouse.

Did Rittenhouse resist arrest or assault cops?

Was Rittenhouse part of an anti-police movement?

Rittenhouse made it clear he was armed, when approached by police put his hand up and did not touch his firearm.

Apples and oranges do not work here Annee, you know this.

Interesting that’s the first and only thing you mentioned regarding my post.

Since when is being an activist a crime?

Have you seen the size of the protesting crowd in Minnesota and worldwide.  Are they all criminals too?

Oh -- and how many more creative intended insults can you retrieve from your twisted psych?

Surely you are not equating someone helping to defend business owners from violent civilian rioters, with someone knowingly interfering with federal agents performing legal arrests?

I actually asked you to source it a few pages back.

You keep saying facts, but I can gather a lot of what you’re saying is hearsay.

How many -- overzealous -- untrained -- macho -- military garbed -- wannabe -- enforcers -- attacked Rittenhouse.

Oh - wait -- he's one of yours.

Pretti was attacked -- not by one -- by what?  5 or 6 enforcers.  They must have -- in their minds -- been taking down the Hulk.

Have you seen Pretti?

Being an activist is not a crime and using the 1st Amendment is not a crime. None of that is. The constitution does not give you the right to protest. No where does it say that. Peacefully assemble and in the real world you need a permit.

However, stopping a vehicle, even if it not law enforcement, is a crime. Impeding a Federal Investigation/Vehicle/Officer? A federal crime.

Pulling a handgun on federal officers. This is also illegal. They officers at that point know, the suspect, while being surrounded, is choosing violence. He made a very bad choice. He was shot and killed. End of story.

Also, the ICE Agents currently are more effective that ANY other administration.
Quote:170 U.S. citizens detained by ICE, 130 were arrested for interfering with ICE operations. Of the other 40, he wrote, only half were held by more than a day. That comes to 20 people out of 595,000 arrested, he http://noted.In looking at detentions alone during that portion of the Obama years, ICE’s error rate was 0.0225 percent, or a mistake every 4,444 arrests, which is about “3.36 times higher than under Trump.”

3 times higher for mistakes and these guys are the Nazis?

There is no evidence to suggest he drew the gun. I don’t even think authorities have said that.

Obstructing, assaulting and resisting arrest are a few.
Now, add on being in possession of a weapon during said felonies is an enhancement to punishment.
He, unfortunately for him, didn’t make it to that punishment phase.
The reason is because having a weapon while assaulting cops is an enhancement of its own, which includes a wide range of just desserts, from beat downs to ventilation.

Imagine what would have happened to Kyle Rittenhouse, the Kenosha Kid, if he hadn’t been armed and exercising his 2A.
It for sure saved his life.

Pretti, on the other hand, is likely dead because he was carrying while committing felonies.

It’s irrelevant.
Fighting with cops while armed is the situation he put himself in, which is why he’s dead.
It’s one of the easiest things in the world to do, is not do that.
Do you also, like these protestors, lack any accountability in your life?
