A concealed carry permit holder who never carried (family and ex-wife confirms)

Wiped all his social media before going to that protest(which he discussed with family beforehand)

Decided to carry, for once, and bring along three full magazines, but not his ID card nor his conceal carry license.(law enforcement confirms)

Obstructed, assaulted cops, resisted felony arrest WHILE ARMED.(multiple videos from multiple angles)


Now, what are we defending here?

ETA: I have to add the fact that where this shooting went down, there was no protest at that time. Pretti was only there obstructing and impeding. The protest didn’t start in that area until after the shooting, because of the shooting.
