He was recording the ICE agents assault a women, and was peppered sprayed purely for that along with the woman, then thrown to the floor and shot 10 times.

So it takes true expertise to question why six agents couldn't control a rather skinny suspect?  There were seemingly three or four within reach of him.  Can he shoot you if you control his arms?

He was interfering with law enforcement.

He was interfered with by ICE agents for recording them and for helping the attacked woman stand, he was then pushed and shoved.

So that's the death penalty now??
