Him having the gun was not the issue, him putting himself in the middle of law enforcement business and then resisting arrest and fighting with officers is the issue. 

You people really need to learn the difference in those two aspects of this situation.

None of those 5 people killed were "just there protesting"...... trying to run over feds with your car x2, fighting with law enforcement agents while in possession of a firearm, assaulting officers, etc.

If you have been paying attention, I know hard for you to do most days, I have spoken about this at length and agree that the agents fucked up. Pretti also fucked up when he resisted arrest while armed with a firearm, whether he was legally carrying it or not.  Guess what, I carry everywhere I go and have bene pulled over and interacted with cops while doing it. I am still here because I did not interfere with their business, assault them, or resist arrest. Imagine that
