I gave you an example of having a negative opinion about another 
country and not spouting it when the people of that country wouldn't 
care because I'm a foreigner.   It's the opinion I hold but don't endlessly
go off on to people of that country cuz' they wouldn't care and I

Does this happen because they enforce immigration laws which have been on the books for several administrations?  Is the US supposed to stop enforcing the law?
