It would be an uneducated opinion if I gave it.
I know enough about the royals to have an opinion about them.
But it would be obnoxious for me to get in the face of someone
like OldCarpy and tell them their king and his family are
entitled leeches and suck and their system is outdated and 
absurd.    I'd just be a foreigner with an unwelcome opinion.
So I don't engage in that.   It's their country and they can
run it anyway they want.

I gave you an example of having a negative opinion about another 
country and not spouting it when the people of that country wouldn't 
care because I'm a foreigner.   It's the opinion I hold but don't endlessly
go off on to people of that country cuz' they wouldn't care and I 
wouldn't want to waste my time.
